Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hi I installed ubuntu in my HP laptop and I had the BIOS password , but one day after a bois update it requested the spare key to enter the bios, I have the initial setup password that was the same as the bios and that one works but not the bios and I dont have the spare key. How can you help with this?
