I am having the exact same issues that others had discussed here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Spectre-Screen-Burn-Ins/td-p/7149221

The similarities are uncanny. I have a ghost image of my google chrome toolbar that shows transparent behind all of my windows, on desktop, or even on startup or shutdown, even when google chrome is not open! Microsoft excel similarly makes all the columns show through other windows. If I moved a non-full screen window around, transparent blue lines disrupt the screen. Again, this is the exact same issue other users were discussing in the link above. This is clearly a hardware issue, which is very disappointing as this is HP's alleged premium laptop that was very expensive. I have had this laptop for 2 years, and I already had to send it to service once and paid $400 because all shift keys stopped working. This is ridiculous. I am posting because the other users were apparently privately messaged to solve this issue. I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars again for something that is CLEARLY a hardware/design issue
