In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?.... never has since new
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer? ...as per HP notifications software only
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting? numerous times, Taken the laptop back to Harvey Norman reseller who worked with HP unsuccessfully to resolve the intermittent error

I recommend you to contact HP phone support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Well its 2018 and they still havent fixed it got the 8th gen inetl spectre - just love the machine.. but.. I'm sitting in the air port trying to pass the time and play Destiny 2 ( yea I know its not 120FPS, but its good enough for now ) and the bose headset cuts out I have to exit the game and re-connect. Its the only thing using bluetooth at the moment, So HP so I have to get my corp rep to enguage to get you guys attention?
