HP Recommended

I have the same issue with my x360 15" 15-df0000. It warped the trackpad such that could no longer click it.

 

I found an HP service video that guided me to self-service:

Removing & Replacing Parts | HP Spectre 15-df0000 x360 Convertible | HP Computer Service @HPSupport ...

 

Bought a replacement battery for $68 on Amazon.

This is not the only problem with the HP. So disappointed. Next one will NOT be an HP.
