15-AP012DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I am new to this forum.  I have the 15-AP012DX (Spectre x360 15" w/4K, i7, 16g ram).  I purchased the HP active stylus which as absolutely no information on the HP site for support.  That pen stopped working after a few months.  I tried new batteries and it still didn't work.  So I have a few questions:

 

  • Does anyone have experience with this and is it possible to do a reset on the device?  Or should I count it as a loss?
  • What pens/stylus's are you using for your x360s?

I purchased the Surface Pro and had to return it a week later because it was difficult to work with it for my job.  The part about it that I miss is the pen.

 

I use it for sketching, photo editing, and note taking. 

 

What are the best options for this?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. The active stylus used to work then stopped all of sudden. Is there another option, possibly not HP?
