I have a Dell Active Stylus which was working beautifully a couple of months ago. I have just tried to use it now and it doesn't work. I have been on the phone with HP and they have concluded that my pen is no longer compatible. **bleep**?
This is my pen: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?sku=750-AAGN

:smileyhappy:you should look for an update on the firmware for the SCREEN not the graphics card there are 2 versions that I could find one for the hd screen and one for the 4k screen I used for my 4k screen the firmware update and it worked almost perfect.
It just not working in painter yet. it does however in photoshop, sketchable , and in windows general

Thank you Hans but it is now clear why I cannot find the FIRMWARE update for my screen. We are using different models, mine is the HP Spectre x360 - 13-4005tu so there are no firmware updates for the screen.
