Hi,
You can find your notebooks driver page for Windows 7 64bit on the following link.
Note: The Beats audio interface is installed by the IDT HD Audio software package.

Hi,
Try the following.
If you don't already have one, use another PC to create a Windows 7 Repair flash drive. Download the relevant ISO from the links below.
If you need a utility to create a bootable Flash Drive for this Image, try the free application below.
When created, tap away at the esc key as soon as you start the notebook launch the Start-up Menu and then insert the Repair flash drive. Select Boot options ( f9 ), use the arrow keys to select the Flash drive option and hit enter.
Select the 'Repair your Computer' option and follow Option 2 in the guide on the link below to run Start-up Repair – you may need to run this 2 or 3 times.

If the above fails to help, make a note of any error messages you may get during the procedure and include them with your next post.

Hi,
Shut down the notebook.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive and Memory.
Can you also post back with the following details:
The full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.
What utility did you use to write the repair ISO to the flash drive?

DP-K

Hi,
You may indeed need to reinstall Windows, however try the following first.
Boot from the Repair flash drive again.
When loaded, select Repair Your Computer and choose the Command Prompt. When this loads, enter the following commands and hit enter after each one - include spaces as shown.
Bootrec.exe
bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
c:
cd boot
attrib bcd -s -h -r
ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
bootrec /RebuildBcd
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
Remove the Repair flash drive and try rebooting the notebook.
