Disable “Internet Connection Sharing” service in services.msc (see: How to disable Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) in Windows 10? » Information Technology Services (h...and reset the Windows Defender Firewall to the default settings. To do this open: Settings -> Update and Security -> Windows Defender -> Open Windows Defender Security Center -> Firewall and Network Protection -> Restore Firewall default settings

Same peoblem. However shuting down the proces slowed the i7 to a speed of pentium3. Had to restore the factory serttings

I've the same problem and i think it is a problem inside the HP ICS Version 3.0.13.0 from 2022-02-10.  @HP Please release a new Version.

 

I'm running a x360 1040 G7 with Win 10.
