After automatically updating driver from Windows Update the problem was resolved and I can see the illustrations now!

To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial product. You can do this at Commercial Forums.

To add to this... I have v18.x.x.x and it allows me to disable the touchpad when a mouse dongle is plugged in. But, if you look on HP or Synaptics, the v17 is the download as of 1/16/16. Where can we get the "REAL" drivers from? The synaptics site is very vague about what is in the zip file. They have a new CEO - maybe he will help get things worked out. Meanwhile, I'm looking for the v18 drivers and see that you have v19? Where are these drivers available?
