This has works amazingly for my computer, however all of my documents have now gone. I have the icons from installed games and programs, however all of my photos and two years worth of work is on it, i have tried to get them back but nothing seems to work!! Can you help in anyway??

I tried both of them and i cant fix the problem. Any help would help. I dont care about the files on it. It was a vista upgraded to windows 7 when i bought it. Oh i bought it used. All i know its a HP pavillion
