Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The webcam on my laptop stopped working a few days ago. I have contacted microsoft who have analyzed the status of my updates, drivers, etc. and everything seems to be up to date. They then asked me to check with HP. The error code when I open the camera app is: Windows Camera app error code 0xA00F4244
My computer was running windows 10 before and now windows 11. The camera stopped working before the migration to windows 11.

i just received help from windows 360 support.

Right click on windows bott, open Device Manager

click on the arrow next to Camera, Right click on HP Wide vision camera

click on update driver.... you can search Automatically for Driver or Manually update

you're updating RealTek

 

that should work

restart computer and you're set
