HP Recommended

My zbook x360 G5 touchscreen suddenly stopped working after a few glitches and a restart. Device manager is detecting the driver. I updated it too. UEFI isn't showing touchscreen test. Event log shows:

 

"Device settings for HID\WCOM48A0&Col01\5&48aed67&2&0000 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match."

 

Any solutions?
