HI @wongkok ,

I see that after updating to Windows 8.1 your touchscreen does not function.

Did you update the bios before you did the update?

Have you tried updating the chipset drivers as well as the graphic drivers.

Here is a link to the HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b157tu Sleekbook Drivers.  Please note that the supported drivers for your notebook and Windows 8.1 are listed.    If you switch the OS back to Windows 8 you will note there is the bios update, I referred to.

If none of this has helped, you may wish to consider contacting HP support for assistance.   They can remotely access your system to help locate and resolve issues.

Have you tried installing the original drivers using recovery manager? HP PCs - Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 😎

The only other suggestion would be to do a full recovery back to Windows 8 and then redo the update.

Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 😎

During the recovery process you will see a prompt to backup your personal files to prevent data loss. If you have not done one recently, this is the perfect opportunity.

Good Morning:smileyhappy:

As I stated in my previous post these are the steps to try.

As you state all updates have been done.

You wil need to delete the current driver.

Reinstall the original driver from recovery manager

Use the HP Support Assistant and do any updates.

The links to assist with this process are in my original post.

If this is still unresolved, please contact HP support for further assistance.  The contact information is also in my previous post.

Good Luck !
