Trouble getting pass the blue screen can't restart

My computer turns on and it stay on repairing automatic repair than goes to a blank blue screen. I'm trying everything like F8, F11 and I took the battery out and everything it won't reset or it won't start up please help me

Do determine, please run the Harddrive and the Memory Test in BIOS.
