Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

How do I turn on my integrated webcam? It has worked before and now it won't. The settings button won't highlight for me to be able to click on it. I have also updated it and it still wont work. Any suggestions?

I grasp that you are unable to turn on your Webcam.  The setting button will not highlight for you when you click on it and you have also updated it.
