USB 3.0 not detecting the pendrives or other sticks but it detects Arduino and INTEL Galileo

is there any solution for it? i tried every solution available on the internet but nothing made it work again

Hey there! @shyam_k18, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand the USB 3.0 ports are unable to detect flash drives or any other devices.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?

 

Did you try checking with a different USB flash drive?

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

1. Open Device Manager.

2. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers branch.

3. Double-click the USB Root Hub device, and click the Power Management tab. (if there’s more than one USB Root Hub device, repeat these steps for each one.)

4. Turn off the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option, and click OK button.
