Hi @THe_Fossette and KrazyToad,

I'm afraid the situation is now worse. Yesterday, after updating the drivers and BIOS, both screens blacked out multiple times.  The laptop screen was fine.

Having tried all the recommended actions on the laptop, my only conclusion is there is something wrong with the dock. Please could HP replace the dock under warranty.

Thanks

As a last Reset please try a BIOS Recovery. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833

Hi @KrazyToad

I've decided to speak directly to a person at HP and raised a support ticket. Thanks for trying to help me out.

Hopefully a conversation can help clear this up.
