This USB3 driver should work.  It also has the 32 bit driver files...

this is a brand new problem - just created by downloading windows 10. Are these new drivers just created to help this issue?  Can you explain a little more as to what we need to do?

No I downgraded from windows 8.1 to 7 and I faced this drivers problems

Hi, @AMer94

You'll have to get the first driver you posted from the device manufacturer's website.

That is not part of your notebook.

It is your usb hub.

The webcam normally does not need a driver, but you can try this one if you want...

You need to install the cyberlink youcam software from your notebook's support and driver page.  It should be good for W7 32 bit too.
