Ok after a looooot of research and many failed updates I found a suitable update for my system laptop Envy 4-1150la at

I tried a recent version as adviced on this link and didn't work, just this one in this page was the winner

 

my yellow sign is gone and a new usb controlled was added

Thanks  a lot for the help it solved my problem... my device was envy dv6  7200 et windows 8 64 bit
