Yes .. they are the two ports on the side ... they give light but not working ....

 

even when i plugged the cooler .. it works well , but when plugging a mouse it doesnt work .

 

So , this is not a motherboard issue ???

 

Also , could you guide me how to get this piece from ( Ebay ) ..

Go to bios setup in the 3.0 usb make it auto..

Hi bro, just saw your comment. I have faced the exact same issue recently and looking for a fix. I'm 100% sure that it is hardware issue, but what makes me nervous is that I may need to change whole motherboard which is going to cost me almost half of my notebook price. My question to you would be, have you managed to fix the issue? If you did, how? Did you just change the USB board or whole motherboard?
