Probook 4730s B0x54ea
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

On the laptop HP Probook 4730s (B0X54EA) has a problem.

I have at the hands of external sound card - ASUS Xonar U7 (USB). For a long time on Windows 8.1 (x64) everything is working properly, problems did not arise when connecting. But one day, after coming out of hibernation, I found the problem that the sound card stopped working. When you connect the system reports: "USB-device is not recognized." Resetting the system also does not solve problem. Now using Windows 10 (x64) - the problem remains.

I found a temporary solution to the problem, connect the sound card to the port USB 3.0. Sound card is first thought for a while, and then successfully earned. But now, and this method stopped working.

I enclose a full description of the error and characteristics.

I contacted the support ASUS. I was told that maybe the problem is in USB-controller, laptop. Search on various forums have led to that maybe have problems in the driver USB 2.0.

I believing that this is a hardware issue of the laptop.
I will be glad instructions for solving this problem.
