Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

To whom it may concern,

Hard drive failure means that I require the USB-Windows 7 64-bit Recovery Kit System Recovery Kit for my HP Pavilion dv7t-7000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC.  When I go the the US website it will not accept UK information and when I go the UK website it does not offer said USB-Windows 7 64-bit Recovery Kit.  I am at a loss.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you're unable to order the USB recovery media for your HP Pavilion dv7t-7000 CTO Quad Edition Entertainment Notebook. When you try to order the USB media from the US website, it does not accept the UK information and the UK website does not have the USB recovery media available. I'll do my best to help.

I did some research and found that the recovery media can be ordered through the HP website only for the north America region. For the UK it would be better if you contact our HP phone support and order for the USB recovery media.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck!
