Elitebook 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm using Elitebook 840 G2 notebook and setup USB3.0 driver (file: SP69862). However, the software poped up error message (the setup program failed to install one or more device drivers) at the end of installation. You can refer attach Installation log file in link here.

Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks!

Hi:

See if the driver directly from Intel works...

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file.
