Product name: HP ENVY dv6 Notebook PC

Product number: E6Z92EA#ABV

I am unable to get the warranty printed because i am not able to find my product in the site hp.comgo/order documents.

my laptop is HP envy dv6 , i only find HP paviliion dv6.

Although i have checked the warranty status online, its showing the correct information.  But i am not able to find whether my  international warranty or not.

Is the Bill from the shop enough ?

or should i print that warranty check page ?

or

What should i do ?

Hi V_Vignesh,

Please call our technical support at 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please click the link below to get the support number for your region. http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpsupport/index.pl

They will correct any issue with the warranty or the product number. It shows me your product number gives HP ENVY dv6-7357se Notebook.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
