Hi,
I'm using HP Envy dv6-7307tx
I was trying to install Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series bluetooth 4.0+HS driver and Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series wireless LAN driver, it prompted me with an error saying 'The device may not be present or could have been ejected/unplugged from the system'.
And, my wifi connection is not stable, it disconnects often, which it does not happen to my other laptop.
What should i do to resolve them?
Thanks.

Hi:
The parts list below for your notebook indicates that it comes with an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 wireless/bluetooth card, so you need the Intel bluetooth driver for W8.1.

Below is the link to the latest W81. Intel BT driver for that model wireless card.
You want the second driver listed for 64 bit.
You can also try the latest wireless card driver and see if that helps any--again...2nd driver for 64 bit.
