Greetings,
There is a folder (below) in my Program Files directory, but no entry in the "Uninstall a program" in the Control Panel. So how do I remove this folder/program?
c:\Program Files\Online Services
Thanks,
Shane.

If you look inside the folder, you will find that it mainly consists of icons for the various bits of rubbish HP thinks it will benefit its customers by installing. I would leave them as they take up practically no disk space, but if you want to remove them just delete them, shouldn't do any harm (as long as you don't use them, check first)

Online services you can just delete. You need to look at add/remove programs for the rest.
