Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP Probook 450G1 and it seems that there is an unknown device on it with the details:

I can't access the business support site webpages right now...

 

See if installing the USB3 driver works for you.

 

Download unzip and run the setup.exe file.
