Product: hp 15 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

have a external hard drive connected. Last week was working fine. Now this external hard drive does not showup on my laptop. On device manager under USB Unkown USB device. (device descriptor request failed) code 43. How do I fix
