Hi:
You probably have to manually install the driver.
I know that is the one you need because if you look at the driver file folder contents you can see that this driver has support for the hardware ID you posted.
[AMDIOV.NTamd64]
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5A23
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1419
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1577
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1437
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1449
%IOMMU.DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1611
Sometimes the auto install file does not install the driver, so you have to outsmart the PC.
Go to the device manager and click on the IOMMU device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp67924.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then reboot the PC.
