If You have still installed as Your system and this is alert from Windows Upgrade Advisor.

Uninstall Nvidia chipset driver.

 

Resource:

Uninstall or change a program in Vista

 

Start upgrade to Win7.

If You have Windows 7 installed.

Install HP Vista chipset driver for Your model to solve problem with coprocessor:

 

NVIDIA nForce Chipset Driver here (Install this and reboot Your system. It's very important.)

 

When there will be some kind of problems with installation then try to run it in Vista compatibility mode.

I got my computer back from re-imaging and did not have any drivers installed.

I got most of them to work but I have two devices that remain unknown.

 

Their addresses are:

 

PCI bus 134, device 9, function 2
