Hello, i want to know if it's possible to upgrade my HP Touchsmart 320 Desktop PC processor with an intel core I7 procesor (not really one specific but maybe this one "Intel® Core™ i7-3517U Processor 
(4M Cache, up to 3.00 GHz)" 

 

I want to know if my computer is compatible with this and if not... is there any I7 that i can use? since i just want to upgrade that...

 

Please help.

Here are the specs for your HP TouchSmart 320-1030 Desktop Computer and its AAHD3-NK (Angelino2-UB) motherboard. According to the specs, this model has an AMD "FM1" socket and supports the following CPUs;

 

AMD A8-3800 65W
AMD A6-3600 65W
AMD A4-3400 65W
AMD E2-3200 65W

 

Sorry, but the is absolutely no way you can use an Intel CPU on this computer.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately NO, you can't install Intel CPU on an AMD motherboad, both desktops and laptops (in this case AIO).

Hmmmm so i'm limited to use these... wich one seems to be the best one for gaming and 3d of these?

 

I did some research and i got told that these:

AMD A8-3800 65W
AMD A6-3600 65W

 

are the best options... i would appreciate an answer on this last question.

The best CPU should be the AMD A8-3800. Please see CPUBoss - a8-3800 vs a6-3600 for a comparision of the two CPUs.
