I have an HP 15-f337wm Laptop PC with AMD A8-6410 Processor, Touch screen.

I want to upgrade the RAM from the base 4GB.

How much RAM can I have?

How do I know what to order?

Your processor is not listed in this Manual which makes me a little confused. This says you have a memory access door on the bottom and there are 2 memory slots. Do you have the access door or is it a solid cover on the bottom?

I know what kind it is and I know the Manual HP has posted I just need you to look at the laptop and confirm that it looks like the one depicted in the Manual. Is there a memory access door on the bottom?

I don't care what they say. I put a 4gb and 8 GB 1666 MHz module in mine and all of it is detected. Even with Mem test.

16GB (8X2) is possible and I'm running 16gb without any problems. I believe the manual is outdated (prolly 16gb was not prevalent when the manual was written). Use the crucial website to check compatibiity, it lists 16gb as compatible.
