Hello! I have a laptop HP Envy dv6-7352sr with one problem - usb 3.0 ports doesn't work properly. They are working, but only on 2.0 speed. I was trying to install drivers from hp official website but it was not succesfull, device manager told me that the latest version of drivers already installed. Even i change operating system, but it also not cure that problem. Please advice!

Windows 7 needs a driver for USB 3.0; Windows 8 generally does not. In fact if you upgrade from 7 to 8 it can cause USB 3.0 issues if the old Windows 7 drivers hang around. What OS are you running? If it is Windows 8 the best thing to do is go into device manager and uninstall the usb superspeed devices and reboot allowing the Windows 8 native drivers to load again.

You got me stumped. Usually the uninstall/reboot thing works fine. Can you post the DEVICE ID?

This is obviously (OK likely) a driver issue. We need to see if maybe there is another driver available for your hardware.
