I have tried for an hour to see how to get support for an old HP TV, but it seems useless. Apparently unless I enter a product model currently manufactured, I cannot get further in my online request. All I am trying to do is get a copy of the User's Manual for a HP Plasma TV model CPTOH-0602, manufactured in 2006. I have tried Googling for it, but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks, and I know I am in the wrong forum, but someone here may be able to lead me in the right direction.

Thanks.

If you agree with the statements regarding the Part Numbers for the TV series:

Looking for manuals (user, service) and parts for HP plasma

Excerpted:

Research indicates that a CPTOH-603 is the same as a PL5060N. Some
places also refer to this unit by its part number EK430AA. There's
also a similar model with a 42" screen, PL4260N (aka CPTOH-0602).

Then

The following Manual Guides Page includes your TV Manual:

HP Plasma Television series - User Guides

From the Product Information Section:

How do I Find the Model Number?
