welcome to the land of internet viruses.? you and millions, (vast)

there are only 2 solutions (macro views)

1: hit f11 on power key finger press, hold F11 down and reload fresh HP OS> (unstated by you)  Back to DAY1 new. it is.

2: or spend days , cleaning them off, some can never be cleaned off, (vast)

is your data backed up?

is this XP, the Virsus magnet?

what PC exactly "full model number"?

if you choose #2 what do I do, (i do this only when , manical or ...? data is super super valuable to customer)

I remove my customers HDD/SSD ( remove the boot DRIVE now)

I then plug it into my HDD caddy case.)(exernal)

i then connect the Esata to my DT pc, (power full custom system)

I back up the customers data, to BD-R (blue ray)

Then , scan it for virues. using the top tools.

Windows Defender

the malwarebytes.

zemaa-antimalware

hitmanpro

then Eset stand alone scanner, from Eset.com (super super powerful it is)

and many more,  at least 7 top portable virus  scanners i keep in my stick. (all famous, these, panda, and more)

Ok it might be cleanno   (bet not. but hope does spring  eternal)

i put it back in dead PC

then boot it.

and runs sfc /scannow , in an elevated command prompt,  most times this fails do to horrible infectionsl.

way 3

buy the HP media kit and reInstall it , back to day 1.

good luck, !

NO warranty answers by me.
