HP 15-r032tx Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been using a HP 15-r032tx notebook for the past few months. And I came across this problem in the beginning itself. My trackpad doesnt work properly. The cursor keeps jumping around the screen and it freezes sometimes. I have even tried installing synaptic drivers released for my notebook in your website. But the erratic movement still happens. I thought of going to the nearest HP centre and getting my trackpad changed. But the thing is I lost my Warranty card. I checked my warranty status and it is valid till the end of this year. But I dont have a physical proof. What am I supposed to do?Thank you.

P.S. I am also ready to try any other solution for the trackpad problem.

Yes.

We recently had ten repaired in-house with only the HP online verification to prove that they where still under warranty.

We had no warranty cards.

I already did. But will they accept it if I show just this in the HP centre near my house. Is this enough to prove that my product is still covered???
