Product: Pro x2 612 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Trying to get support on my pro notebook and the warrenty is showing online as expired. The date is showing as expired 2 months before i purchased, the laptop Bios says the correct date, but as i cannot log on i cannot correct this online. HP have also paid me a cashback for a trade up, so cannot understand how the warrenty is howing as expired and as a result cannot get support?
Any thoughts
