REO, thanks so much for your help. I guess my only option now is to add a USB webcam whicc would have its own driver.
Just out of curiosiyt, what would happen if I loaded a 32-bit driver on a 64-bit system - is it totally impossible that it might work (or might I blow something up?) "Desparte men do...."
