Hey guys,

 

I just bought an Envy 15 today and saw on skype while trying to use my webcam that I was completely blue. The webcam appears with a strong blue tint and I have no idea how to fix it? Do you guys have any ideas on what to do?

Hi,

Install latest software for webcam:

MediaSmart Webcam here (version 4.0.2829  for 32/64 bit Win7)

 

You may be interested with this thread too.

I'm not sure that this will change anything. This is quite well known problem with Envy 15 models.
