Excuse me, can any body answer me what is this?

 

I found that my laptop has adware and some malware, then I reset factory, anything still ok untill I ran HP support assistant to ask about my explorer problem and saw this. I don't know what happen with my laptop now, please answer me soon

Good Day.  A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the post regarding issues with malware and the computer was reset back to factory settings. I understand that you get an error message on your browser. I will be delighted to assist you here.

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.

  • Please type out the exact error message that you see on the screen when you open the browser?
  • Please remove all personal information before uploading any image.

Once the required information is furnished, I will be able to assist you better.
