Hey everyone,

All of a sudden when I try and type the @ symbol I get " instead.  This has just started, and I`m not sure why.  Tried looking around on the net for solutions, and couldnt find any!

Can anyone helpÉ

Thanks.

I have a HP dv6 pavilion laptop.

Got it figured!

Hold down shift and CTRL together.   Done

I too, have started getting the Quotation mark  "  in place of the @.   I notice that the @ is working here, but not when I attempt an email.   I tried the "control and shift" trick, but that did nothing for me.   SO annoying.   Hope someone comes on with a remedy while I'm still at my screen, please.

You have probably accidently set your keyboard settings to American or UK keyboard.

You can just use Shift + " to get the @ symbol, or you just type keyboard in your start search and change it. Have fun!
