Hi
Enable Built-in Administrator Account
First you’ll need to open a command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing “Run as administrator” (or use the Ctrl+Shift+Enter shortcut from the search box)
Now type the following command:
net user administrator /active:yes
"I work for HP."
****Click the (purple thumbs up icon in the lower right corner of a post) to say thanks****
****Please mark Accept As Solution if it solves your problem****

Not sure which Operating System you're using..
But Windows 8 has changed it's UAC policy.
Even if a user disables UAC in Control Panel.. it's still running.
To disable UAC under Windows 8. (like Windows 7)
- Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- Set "EnableLUA" to 0
- Restart your machine
If you're not running Windows 8, then you will have to create a new Administrator Account.
- Unfortunately.. you have to be on an Administrator Account to create one.
- If you're account is an Administrator.. but still seeing the UAC Prompts:
- Go into Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings > and slide the slider all the way down > Restart your machine.
I am NOT an HP employee.
