HP Recommended

It's been awhile but I'm back because after still trying to work through this issue with Microsoft nothing has been resolved and I've determined that it's NOT the Windows OS but rather the driver software. I actually went so far as to remove Windows 10 from my PC all together. I didn't even like it to begin with.

I am now on a Linux operating system (Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS 64 bit). And still, the wi-fi goes out randomly still in the new operating system.

So it's definitely something with the driver software on the PC. So now, can someone take me through getting it corrected? Which will now have to happen on the new operating system.
