Hi! I had the same issue with realtek and ralink dirvers not working in win 10 with code 31 error.
The complete uninstall of the problematic drivers is needed before instalation of the new drivers.
It works even without reboot.
I hope this helps.

@villvk, I tried uninstalling the current driver and install the one suggested by @Paul_Tikkanen, but it still doesn't work.
@RChow, I think we have no chances then hope Realtek will update its drivers: I went to their official site to check any possible driver working for my WLAN card and i downloaded this: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&ProdID=272&Do...
The error explains it the best we it could: "Sorry ! We do not support this operation system !!"

Hi, it did solve my problem... for a fortnight.
The following day, at some moment in time, everything failed down again and returned to the low speed, up-and-down sort of thing...
(And this happened more than twice...)

Would this also work for my HP Pavillion g7 series 1260ca notebook with Windows 10, 64 bit? It also seems to loose connectivity after a while or has "limited" connectivity. Also I have to click on network troubleshooting to fix it.
Jonathan
