Hi,

Since today I can't use the internet because of wifi problems.

I have got the HP Pavilion dm1. HP connection manager tells me that Wifi is deactivated by the device manager. The connectionlight on the right corner of my keyboard is white and the connection emblem in the windows bar tells me there are no connections available.

When I go to device manager and click on netwerk adapters only one adapter shows up: the Realtek PCIe GBE Family controller.

Can somebody help me get my wifi back working?

Thank you,

Thijs

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and/or product number of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers that are all different. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your.

Please go to the device manager and look for devices that have a "yellow triangle with exclamation" next to them. Please post those devices, along with with their "Hardware IDs", here.

Please send KUDOs

Frank

The sfc scannow unfortunately didnt work.

Also, there are no devices with yellow triangles in front of it.

The  complete model name is: HP Pavilion dm1 Notebook PC (I think the dm1-3200)
