I have tried to uninstall many times, but it just crashes when program gets 1/4 way through. Get a message to go toSun Micro, but that won't work either. What Better Business Bureau helped you? Thanks, want games off here so bad!

The same way you uninstall any program. Go to Control Panel and select 'uninstall programs'. Follow the prompts.

I have tried numerous times to uninstall this program and some of it's games. it stalls half way through and says to contact Sun Microsoft or whatever. This does not work!!!! Can't contact them and it just freezes. I want them off my computer, please help!!!! Thanks

I am sorry this procedure is not helpful. My laptop is a few years old. These WildTangent people must have it rigged. All I can suggest is that go back to where you bought your laptop or to a place like Best Buy or some other entity who specializes in setting up a new computer. HP knows people do not like this company. They have chosen to continue it on their computers. Shame on them.
