Hi ,

I CANT FIND BLUETOOTH DRIVER FOR MY NOTEBOOK .  Tried updating in Device manager but nothing has changed and that yellow triangle is appearing in front of Bluetooth driver , I am not very technical person but have tried everything from uninstalling to enable disable to software update - there is some error also coming says code 10 error .

Would appreciate if I can be given directions to fix this issue .

Hi:

 

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

 

There is a good chance that there are no W8.1 drivers for several devices because your notebook is only supported for W10 and W11 by HP, and I recommend that unless there is a specific reason you need to have W8.1 installed, that you upgrade the PC for free to W10 by clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

That way all of your notebook's hardware will have drivers.
