Hi,

  1. Try going to Settings ( click on start and click on small gear on left side) and go to System > Notifications and actions > Turn off "Show me tips about Windows"
  2. Click on Cortana on the application bar and click on settings (small gear). Turn off "Let Cortana pop up from time...."

Hope it helps,

David

Unfortunately the advice you gave me did not solve the problem. The system is in is in Polish and the corta is off. I tried reinstalling the system, with no effect. Perhaps it is a keyboard fault which is not original, computer bought used.
