Hi
Have you installed the Windows 10 notification Via Windows update ?? If so within the notification icon you will see a Hamburger type symbol , if you click it you can check to see if your system is ready to go for the upgrade or wether your system has any imcompatible drivers .
If you do not see the Windows 10 notification icon you should run Windows update and look for update KB3035583 which will install the update .
