It is not an insider preview build. I can guarantee that. I and my friend bought the laptop at the same time. He installed the same OS to both of us. He is working fine without any problems.

I can say that it is not insider build preview. Me and my friend installed the OS at the same time. His laptop is running without any problems. All my friends bought from the same store and no one OS got any problem.

I understand. It is hard for me to be specifc and concrete with regards to what exactly has failed as I have no specific data.

 

- Where do you get the installation media, where did you download the Windows ISO from ?

- After installing Windows, what you used to activate it ?

If there was no COA sticker or box, it may have been online purchase/license.

Do you have a license code for activation ?
